What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through the contact form: your name, work email, company, and any details you include in your message.

This site uses no cookies. For traffic statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics - a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that collects only aggregate data, does not track you across sites, and does not build profiles. No advertising or profiling tools are used; fonts and icons are self-hosted or inline.

Purpose & legal basis

We use contact-form data solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, on the legal bases of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request, or for the duration of any subsequent business relationship, after which it is deleted. In any case, we keep it no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

Third parties & hosting

This website is hosted on Hetzner (Hetzner Online GmbH), on servers located in the European Union.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics, on the legal basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is cookieless and is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) - see “International data transfers” below.

When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-to-email relay service acting as a data processor on our behalf. It is used solely to transmit your enquiry and for no other purpose.

No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

International data transfers

Web3Forms may process your form submission on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, that transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards - the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses - under Web3Forms’ Data Processing Agreement.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States. Any transfer outside the EEA is covered by appropriate safeguards - the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and Cloudflare’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (Art. 32 GDPR). All traffic to and from this website is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS.
